We will not use close-ups of the premises in your home or office without your permission. After the filming is completed, you will review the video and give written consent for its publication on our website.

Can I book the service for the same day?We cannot guarantee availability for same-day cleaning, but we will accept your order for the same day whenever possible.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?You can choose whether to be present during the cleaning or not. If you cannot be there, you need to provide us with instructions on how we can enter your home or office and how to lock it.

When will I pay for the service, at the beginning or upon completion of the cleaning?You will make the payment for the cleaning when it is completed. For new clients, a deposit of 10% of the total service cost is required.

How do you calculate the price for your services?On our website, we have listed the average price per square foot, but the final price will be calculated based on the area of the space you provide and the scope of work.

How can I make a payment?If you are a new client, after receiving the price quote, you make a deposit via Zelle or Venmo. After the cleaning is completed, you pay the full amount through Zelle, Venmo, or in cash.

Can I cancel the service if I change my mind?Yes, you can cancel the service order two days before it begins. If you cancel on the same day, the deposit is non-refundable.

How many workers will come to complete the order?1 or 2 workers will come, depending on the scope of the work to be done.

Can I be sure of your workers' punctuality?We will strive to arrive on time, but we cannot guarantee it due to possible traffic and weather conditions. If there is a delay in the arrival of the workers, you will be notified in advance with an estimated arrival time.
